In case you have the luxury of time and the willingness to take over the organisation of your event and you are looking for someone to coordinate all that you have prepared, we created a service package specifically to serve this Purpose.
We undertake the event management of your occasion or experience (whatever you like the most) and more specifically:
- Planning and keeping a schedule
- Planning and implementation of contingency plans
- Configuration and management of employees in the event area
- Setting up and monitoring the venue of the event
- Coordination of the event flow

- Supervision of the event until the completion
The time required to organize and implement your wishes is up to two months while our role is active in the last month before your event.
We have chosen to separate our day-off coordination service, and in isolation, as we understand that in several cases there is a need exclusively for it.
